Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Vinconex platform (vinconex.com and the Vinconex dashboard) provided by CraveBeast LLC. Dealerships that sign up agree to them on behalf of their business; shoppers using a dealer's public pages agree to the sections that apply to visitors.

The service
Vinconex generates QR stickers for a dealership's vehicles, syncs inventory from the dealership's website, publishes branded vehicle pages, captures shopper leads and delivers them to the dealership's CRM as ADF XML, and offers optional add-ons (Specialist Match). We may improve or change features; we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce functionality.

Dealer accounts
You are responsible for the people you invite, for keeping passwords private, for enabling MFA where appropriate and for what your staff do in the dashboard. Tell us immediately at contact@vinconex.com if you suspect unauthorised access. Accounts inactive for 90+ days are flagged in your quarterly access review; we never disable them without you.

Your content and data
You keep ownership of your inventory data, branding, uploaded documents (e.g. repair estimates) and leads. You grant CraveBeast LLC a licence to host, process and display them solely to run the service for you. You confirm you have the right to show the vehicle information and prices we sync from your website and that any repair estimate you publish is accurate.

Shopper leads and the law
Leads are collected from shoppers who choose to leave their details. You agree to contact them in line with applicable law (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state privacy laws) and your own privacy notice, and to honour deletion requests — the dashboard gives you a one-click purge for that.

Acceptable use
Don't use Vinconex to send unsolicited messages, to scrape or resell platform data, to interfere with the service or other dealerships, or to upload unlawful content. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms after notice, or immediately if security requires it.

Third-party services
Vehicle history reports are provided by CARFAX under the dealership's own CARFAX subscription; payment calculators link to the dealership's own site. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party services.

Fees
Fees, packages and add-ons are set out in your order or the pricing we agree in writing. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where the law requires.

Availability, warranties and liability
We aim for high availability and back up data nightly, but the service is provided “as is” and we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every vehicle on your website will sync. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CraveBeast LLC's total liability for any claim in a 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the service in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales.

Term and termination
Either party may end the agreement with 30 days' notice. On termination we will, on request within 30 days, export your leads and settings, and then delete your data from live systems within 30 days and from backups within a further 30 days.

General
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. If any part is unenforceable the rest stands. Notices go to contact@vinconex.com.
